Including Mirt Detector Click HereIn 1999 the National Fire Protection Association published it’s Firefighter Fatalities and Firefighter Injuries Reports which stated:

" In the past decade roughly half of all firefighters deaths occurred on the fireground, and another 25 percent of deaths occurred while firefighters were responding to, or returning from, alarms. Last year saw more than the usual share-close to a third of firefighter deaths occurring while the firefighters were responding two, or returning from, alarms."

"According to the National Fire Protection Association
accidents involving fire department emergency vehicles went from 11,325 in 1990 up to 15,450
in 1999"
